SHIPPING

We aim to handle all orders within 3 to 5 business days (weekends and holidays excluded) upon receipt of your order confirmation email. Once your order ships, you'll receive another notification.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

At checkout, shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed.

Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) upon arrival in your destination country. These charges are your responsibility as the customer, and we cannot be held accountable for them if applied.

RETURNS

We really want you to be super happy, and we work hard to make sure you are. But if something isn't quite right, just email us at hello@tropele.com, and we'll do our best to fix it.

Sorry, but we can't take back coffee bags once they've been opened because of health and safety rules. 

If you would like to return or exchange your purchase (apparel), you have a 14-day window from the date of receipt. Please ensure that the item is in perfect condition and accompanied by the original invoice. We do not accept returns with removed labels.

Rest assured, we will refund the money to your specified account within 14 days of receiving the item.
